Using the model with AI, NFT, or Cryptos is explicitly prohibited.

Changes to the design can only be made during the sketch stage. After the final sketch has been approved, revisions will cost extra.

You must already have a design (Doesn't have to be a perfect reference, just something I can go off of that won't require actual design work)

Regarding rush fees: Swift communication and responses from the client are crucial for achieving completion within chosen deadline. Completion may be delayed if immediate feedback is not received.

Model correction requests made from the rigger will be completely free. I will include a PNG note on the PSD that includes my contact info in which the rigger can message me for any mistakes that impede proper rigging. A middle man (the client) is not necessary, and I will do my best to communicate with the client’s rigger in a timely manner.

Payment is made through PayPal via invoice

Monthly Payment Plan (Max 5 Months)

After the initial down payment, monthly payment plans are due every month on the agreed upon date. I am flexible with deadlines but keep note this will affect the turnaround time.

If a payment is late by over two weeks, progress on the commission will be halted and not worked on until payment.

The client will receive the model file only after the total payment has been completed.

Naturally, this means that the turnaround time will be dependent on when payment is completed.

I will not work with ANY type of AI art references.

Commissions are intended for personal use only. If the artwork is intended for commercial use, please discuss this with me beforehand, as it will result in a higher cost than the original quote.

A round of commissions may take up to 1-3 months without a rush order.

Please do not commission if this timeline doesn't work with you.

Completion is guaranteed if you provide me with over half the time remaining from the chosen deadline after the sketch is approved and payment is received.

Ex: 1 week rush order-> Sketch approval and payment within 3 days-> Deadline guaranteed ✔

In the event that a rush order is a few days late and it is solely my fault, I'll offer a 50% partial refund. (You will still get the completed drawing of course!)

In the event that a rush order is a few weeks late and it is solely my fault, I'll offer a 100% refund. (You will also still receive the completed drawing.)

I'd like to note that I have rarely ever been late for a rush order. These measures are simply added to assure potential clients of my ability to complete the commission by the deadline.

Rush orders may not always be available depending on my current workload. I will of course inform you of this during our initial discussion.

This will be skeb-like, meaning there will be NO communication during any stage of the process apart from payment and final delivery.

Because I can only "simplify" an illustration so much, orders under ~$25 may be subjected to more experimental art (chibis, pixel art, sausage-ified design?)
